How to Request Deletion

You may request deletion of data associated with your use of Menugo by contacting support@menugo.app.

What to Include

• The email address or account details associated with your request, if applicable.
• Any user identifier, order, review, or support ticket reference that helps us locate your data.
• A short description stating that you are requesting data deletion.

What Happens Next

We may ask for additional information to verify the request and protect user security. After verification, we will review the request and delete or anonymize applicable data within a reasonable period, subject to legal or operational requirements.

Retention Exceptions

Some records may be retained where necessary for security, fraud prevention, billing, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or other legitimate business purposes.
