Menugo uses AI and other automated tools to help translate menu items, travel-related phrases, and other information. These tools are provided for convenience only.
AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, delayed, or inappropriate for your specific context. This is especially important for ingredients, allergy risks, pricing, reservations, transportation details, and other information that can affect safety, health, or spending.
Depending on the feature, Menugo may send text, menu images, conversation text, and conversation audio to third-party AI and speech-recognition providers. This may include OpenAI, Google Cloud, Google Speech-to-Text, or Groq, depending on feature routing and availability.
Conversation audio is sent only when the microphone-based translation feature is used, and only to provide transcription and translation.
You can withdraw this consent at any time from Settings > Data Management. Turning it off immediately blocks AI requests.
Before acting on important information, please confirm it directly with restaurant staff, venue staff, official operators, or other reliable sources.
Menugo and its developer are not responsible for misunderstandings, losses, or harm caused by reliance on AI translations or automated interpretations, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
